Expressing Gratitude this Thanksgiving
It's that time of year again, Thanksgiving is here in the United States and it's a reminder to be thankful of all that has transpired the last year, of those people who are in your life, and for all the good things, big and small. That is where gratitude comes in. Gratitude and giving thanks are pretty much the same thing so as we come upon another Thanksgiving, I ask that you express gratitude for all the things in your life as a way to begin having a state of gratitude as your norm. in your every day life.
Here is my list this year:
I am so grateful and thankful for:
An amazing, wonderful man who is crazy about me and always makes me smile.
Good food, clean water, a roof over my head, warmth, and protection.
Great friends who have been there through it all.
Family who honors me and supports me.
All the fun experiences I had this year. (Oregon Coast, Mud Bogs, Shadow Falls,)
Eating at some amazing restaurants
Having some really fun dates having days and nights out
A job that I love and enjoy, working with a great group of ladies.
A job that has my book available for sale in the store.
A great new boss.
An amazing original boss.
Love, joy, happiness, growth, releasing, feeling, expressing, and experiencing.
I am so grateful and thankful for life in itself and all that has come with it.
I am so grateful and thankful for all the things that have lead me to where I am today and to becoming the woman I have become.
What are you thankful for as we come upon this year's Thanksgiving?
What gratitude can you express as you reflect on the last year?
It is with the greatest of gratitude and thankfulness that I say thanks to all of you who have read this and continue supporting my work. I feel so honored and blessed to share this all with you.
Blessings to you all on this Thanksgiving.
