Water as a Conductor for Healing

Water is truly remarkable and amazing. It is strong and powerful enough to erode rocks and mountains, yet soft and gentle enough to cleanse the human body. When you add sea salt, epsom salt, or pink Himalayan salt to water it can fuel the body by increasing its energetic conductivity. These salts carry elements of the earth, an energy of grounding and transformation. Water also represents our emotions, ever flowing, and often changing. It is used for blessings, cleansing, purifying, and so much more. We cannot live without water. The Earth would not exist without water.

Water can also be effected by its surroundings, as well as positive and negative intentions. If the surroundings of a certain body of water become polluted so too will the water become polluted. If the surroundings are natural, beautiful, and fresh the water will be also. If positive loving words are spoken over water good things come of it. If negative, mean, harsh words are spoken over water it becomes dark and disfigured. I am referring to a study done by Dr. Emoto on the effects of positive and negative words on water. I have mentioned his work before. To give a brief explanation he found that when positive loving words were spoken over water beautiful harmonious water crystals would form when that water was frozen. When negative hurtful words were spoken over water it would produce disfigured sick looking water crystals when frozen. Which means that positive words bring beauty and negative words brings disharmony and ugliness. This is important when it comes to using water as a conductor for healing. Please go ahead and research his work online to learn more, it is quite fascinating.

Our bodies are made up of mostly water, about 60% of the human body is water. About 90% of a person's weight is made of water. With that much water in your body how do you think it is being effected by your surroundings, by the environment you subject yourself to, and by the words that are either spoken to you, around you, or in your own head through self talk? Think about that for a moment, really let that set in.

The more positive words you hear and tell yourself the more harmonious your body will be inside and out. The healthier the environment you surround yourself with the healthier you will be and so forth. I bring this up to talk about a practice I do every night before I go to bed. I take a salt bath, but its not just any salt bath, it's a healing bath. Let me explain...

I will use one of these things in my bath or a combination of them: epsom salt, sea salt, pink Himalayan salt, baking soda, and essential oils. Epsom salt provides extra magnesium to the body through the skin helping to ease tired achy muscles, sea salt is cleansing and grounding, pink Himalayan salt is detoxifying, baking soda is also detoxifying and a cleansing agent, and the essential oils have their own healing properties depending on which ones you use. The main ones I use for a bath are: Lavender, Tea tree, Eucalyptus, and Orange. Lavender is calming, soothing, and aids in sleep, Tea tree is anti-fungal, anti-infectious, and overall healing, Eucalyptus is used to clear the airways and aid in breathing, orange oil is comforting and uplifting.

Once I have my water infused with salts and essential oils I turn off all the lights and soak in a dark bathroom. So that I may be one with myself, with the water, and the moment. The more present you are with this the better, no distractions. Meaning I unplug as well, no cell phone, no music, to t.v. or computer. Just me, the water, and the night.

I pray in the bath, I talk to god and the angels, and I speak positive loving words like this:

I am so grateful and thankful water for your healing and transformative properties.

I am so grateful and thankful for the good food I get to eat.

I am so grateful and thankful for all the love I have in my life.

I am so grateful and thankful for my healing.

I am so grateful and thankful for the energy I have in my body.

I am so grateful and thankful for the strength I have in my body.

I am so grateful and thankful for fresh clean water.

I am so grateful and thankful for all that I accomplished today.

I an so grateful and thankful.... (fill in the blank)

Just keep expressing your gratitude and thanks for all the goodness in your life. For everything you feel blessed for in your life, for all the things you can think of that you are happy about and feel good about. No matter how small. Think about the amazing healing things that will take place within yourself and within the water you are sitting in while this is all being said. You really can create healing and transformation in this way. It's such a beautiful thing to experience and take part in. It feels so good that I now can't go to bed without it. I mean I can, but I don't sleep as well and just feel like I missed something in my day, because I did. I missed the healing and transformation that comes from water, positive words, and gratitude all at once in a nightly ritual for myself as an act of self love and self care.

What do you think?

Do you have a nightly ritual yourself that makes you feel good and relaxed at the end of the day?

Are you willing to give this a try?

Please comment and share below.

Blessings beautiful souls.

With Love!
